As part of our property management service we will ensure a full inventory is taken, check-in inspection carried out and also includes periodic interim inspections with full written reports and attached photographs. 

Our service also includes dealing with registering the deposit, dealing with the return of the deposit including any disputes should they arise, as well as assisting with the transfer of utility accounts.  We also offer our Landlord’s the option to utilise our rent and legal protection scheme, which means all rent payments and legal fees are covered should there be any loss for any particular reason.
