When providing a free market appraisal, we will require to inspect the property and may ask you for further information such as the property’s history relating to extension, alterations and confirmation of the Tenure, so that we may provide an appraisal supported by comparable evidence of similar properties sold within close proximity.

Once we have completed our assessment, we will provide our free-market valuation report by email and hardcopy by post. We will also provide separately a guide of marketing options and recommendations to assist with increasing the property value/saleability and marketing methods available.
